Anchorman has been re-issued on Blu-ray, and while the “Rich Mahogany” edition may be soiled by an ugly, outdated video/audio mastering job, Paramount still wants to make this disc viable. So, inside this thin cardboard packaging are some bonuses, namely Ron Burgundy’s diary and a set of trading cards featuring the entire character roster of the film (and a Veronica Corningstone rookie card!). Is it enough to justify an additional purchase? Should you chose the basic editions instead? That’s why DoBlu has video.
