Welp, they did it. After weeks of bickering and insisting beyond a shadow of doubt that vision for Xbox One was unquestionably a positive for consumers… Microsoft chose to drop it all and give us what we wanted. Hooray!
But, there are caveats. Microsoft’s move means the elimination of the family share plan many were looking forward too. Will they bring it back? Was the original digital-focus actually a positive? Has the move irreparably damaged the Xbox One? It’s a debate that (somehow) we fit into just a bit over an hour, and in absolute desperation, we squeezed in a Blu-ray review (Upside Down) to make the show in some way relevant to this site. Good for us.
