Seen in HD kicks off with a look at the status of digital within the movie industry. Namely, there’s too freakin’ much of it, and consumers are confused. We agree with those sentiments from a panel that took place October 3rd. News was light, but with MoviePass back in the news – an all you can eat buffet of theatrical movie watching – it wasn’t hard to find something to talk about. Is $30 a month (with a year contract) too much for the typical viewer? Can MoviePass make money? It’s a worthwhile discussion.
